Innopolis Open Olympiad in Mathematics are ready:

ABOUT OLYMPIAD
The final stage participants will get Innopolis Merch, the final stage winners will receive valuable prizes and souvenirs.

The Olympiad has two stages — online contest (2 rounds) and the on-site competition.
- online contest (2 independent rounds).Winners of the first stage will be invited to take part in the on-site competition.
- on-site competition. The on-site stage will take place in Innopolis, Russia. Accomodation and meals are covered by the organizing committee. Transfer from Kazan Airport to Innopolis will be provided. Travel costs to Innopolis should be covered by the participants and the team leader. Winners of the on-site stage will receive awards and will have an opportunity to be enrolled in Innopolis University without any admission tests.

Registration is open till December 12, 2021

Practice Round 1
November 8-15, 2020.
During five days, at any time, you will have the opportunity to get to know the Moodle educational platform, which is used during the qualifying round. The trial round does not affect the selection results.
1st Round
November 14, 2021 at 03:00 p.m. (UTC+3)
Duration-3 hours.
Before the start of the tour, participants will receive instructions for passing the selection by mail. An appeal is possible after the tour.


Practice Round 2
November 29-December 3, 2021.
During five days, at any time, you will have the opportunity to get to know the Moodle educational platform, which is used during the qualifying round. The trial round does not affect the selection results.
2nd Round
December 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (UTC+3)
Duration-3 hours.
Before the start of the tour, participants will receive instructions for passing the selection by mail. An appeal is possible after the tour.
Final Round
March 5-6, 2021
The format of the final stage remains in question until the end of the academic year. In case of full-time format, the final will be held at Innopolis University. Venue: 420500, Universitetskaya, 1, Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia
❗️The Olympiad is likely to be shifted to online due to COVID-19 situation.

Rules
1. Pre-score of the solution to each problem is set on a 5-point scale, where
0 - a task was not solved or solved incorrectly due to gross reasoning blunder;
1 - a task was solved incorrectly but there is a fruitful idea that can be used to solve the task;
2 - a task was solved incorrectly but a fruitful idea is present and partially applied, some progress has been made in the solution;
3 - a task was solved partially or completely but with significant arithmetic errors in the presence of the correct line of reasoning;
4 - a task was solved correctly but with minor errors;
5 - a task was solved completely.
If the task requires short answer then pre-score will be 0 or 5 points.

2. An average score ( ) is calculated based on the results of all participants for each task.

3. The weighting factor ( ) of each task is calculated using a simple formula: K=3-0.5*M

4. Each participant's score for each task is multiplied by the weighting factor of that task.

5. The points scored by the participant are summed and rounded up to the nearest integer.
